Having gained over 20 years of real estate marketing and management experience, Max Maran holds the title of Associate Senior Division Director at PropNex Realty, Singapore’s largest and most reputable real estate agency. Throughout the years, Max strives to create meaningful relationships with his clients, understanding their needs and tailoring his services to each one of them. He has a passion for property and has gained many skills to vouch for his experience, specialising in both private and landed property, with a keen eye for identifying issues and having full knowledge of the current Singapore Property legislation, giving clients a seamless experience to achieving their forever homes.

He has earned a Diploma in Fire Safety and Security Management, as well as being Certified in Property Management & Maintenance Certification from the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers.

Being Advance Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) certified trainer and course developer for Real Estate Saleperson (RES) and CPD, he impart knowledge of experience and business etiquettes to the new agents to be when dealing with clients and co-agents.
